The Premio Series is a family of premium modular pizza ovens designed for home and garden applications. The Premio ovens offer the domestic user a number of special, hard-to-find pizza oven features, including a large 60 cm (24") oven landing, a decorative refractory arch, cast iron door frame, a hinged, insulated oven door and a thermometer. These ovens are built by Italy's largest producer of refractory pizza ovens, and are very popular in the Italian market.

The Premio's distinctive refractory arch and landing, finished in a warm terracotta texture, make a strong Mediterranean visual statement. These ovens are unique to Forno Bravo, and are unique in the global marketplace.

Fabricated using the same refined refractory material as our commercial ovens, the Premio ovens are available in four sizes, ranging from a 90 cm (36") diameter to a 120cm (48") diameter baking floor. The thermal mass of the Premio Series ovens is perfectly tuned for home use. They heat up quickly, in less than an hour, are efficient with wood fuel, and maintain their cooking temperature for hours - perfect for weekend entertaining and Sunday roasts.

The Premio Series baking floor is constructed from the same high quality refractory material, stores heat well and provides an optimal environment for crisp pizza and artisan breads. The oven's decorative arch incorporates a chimney manifold, and the ovens are shipped with a ceramic insulating blanket and three-piece oven tool set.

Our Premio ovens can be easily installed on a site-built concrete block stand and hearth.
