Armstrong Brick Ovens is operated by Alf Armstrong, a well-known builder of wood fired ovens within the commercial bakery, restaurant and home baking communities.
Alf has a vast experience of building and renovating many different types of wood burning ovens. His oven building activities reach from renovating the famous French Chazal oven at the Village Bakery and Restaurant in Melmerby, Cumbria and designing and building the oven for Bettys Craft Bakery in Harrogate to flying over to Washington DC to build an oven for the Giunta/Hibbeln family.
